Hey there, I’m Dr. Lauren Fisher, a General Practitioner with specialist training in Infant Sleep

I know the struggle of navigating contradicting advice around baby sleep, and being confused about how improve my baby’s sleep in a way that was more sustainable.

When I had my own baby I quickly discovered that the mainstream advice around sleep is very outdated and against what the evidence shows us about our baby’s sleep biology.

Like many mum’s, mainstream advice left me confused and overwhelmed, with no real change to my baby’s sleep.

This all changed when I decided to tuned out advice that wasn’t serving us and follow the research on infant sleep biology to improve my baby’s sleep. My baby started sleeping better and I continued to do what I loved, which was feeding to sleep.

Days and nights got easier, and I was more confident despite our story looking different from societal expectation.

Now I help other mums get better sleep in a way that aligns with their values using evidence-based, responsive approaches that can be tailored to each families needs.

I have taken my clients all the way from “my baby is waking up every hour overnight, I cannot do it anymore” to “Wow, their sleep is so much better and I feel so much more relaxed about sleep”

Now, it’s your turn!
