I am a General Practitioner and Toddler Mum, trained in providing support to mums with breastfeeding and sleep issues in a way that is attuned to the babies needs.
A baby thrives through connection with an attuned parent who is present and responsive to their needs. This secure relationship lays the foundation for emotional regulation, trust, and healthy development.
Unfortunately a lot of advice can rupture this important connection and parent’s are left feeling like they must do this in order to to teach the baby an important skill, like sleeping independently.
I am passionate about giving parent’s access to the knowledge to allow them to remain connected and responsive while tackling important challenges such as sleep, breastfeeding issues, and relentless crying.
