I am a General Practitioner and Toddler Mum, trained in Neuroprotective Developmental Care, Breastfeeding and Sleep. I started this service because there was a huge need for evidence-based, up to date support for new mums.

This was evident to me very quickly - from the moment my baby was born. From breastfeeding advice to sleep support, I was given incorrect information that could have lead me down a very difficult path if not for my experience and knowledge. A (preventable) difficult path many other mum’s I know have gone down.

The question I kept asking myself is “why does society not value our mums and baby’s??”
