Common Questions
Is the sleep support suitable for newborns?
Yes—there’s a newborn path focused on feeding, settling and realistic expectations. It’s gentle, biology-led and never asks you to leave your baby to cry.
Is this “sleep training”? Will you ask me to leave my baby to cry?
No. I don’t use cry-it-out or timed non-response. We use responsive strategies that protect your bond and work with infant biology.
Will this work if I’m breastfeeding/chestfeeding?
Yes. The program is breastfeeding-friendly by design (no pressure to wean). We’ll protect supply and comfort while moving toward more rest.
What ages is the Sleep Program for?
It is directed at newborns and infants, but the information could be applied to people of all ages.
What if we mix or formula feed?
That’s fine. The steps adapt to breast, bottle, or mixed feeding.
How quickly will we see changes to sleep with your support?
Some families notice improvements within a few days; steadier stretches often build over 2–3 weeks. We move at your baby’s pace—no rushing.
Will the sleep advice clash with our current routine/childcare?
No—there are pathways for working parents and childcare days, with realistic “good enough” options. We start with your values and goals, then adapt steps to fit your family, not the other way around.
