Who this helps

  • You want responsive baby sleep support that keeps breastfeeding or cuddling to sleep—no cry-it-out.
  • Naps are tricky (short, contact-only, or on-the-go) and you want gentle ways to improve.
  • Nights feel long (false starts, frequent wake-ups, early rising) and you’d like simple steps you can start now.
  • You want support with breastfeeding challenges from a GP with a focus on Breastfeeding Medicine.
  • Rigid schedules aren’t working with siblings and real life; you prefer flexible, cues-led routines.
  • You value evidence-based guidance from a New Zealand–registered GP, with the option to add 1:1 support.

Not a fit: If you’re seeking cry-it-out or a strict, one-size-fits-all schedule, this isn’t the right service.

Short, honest answers to help you decide. Educational support; responsive and breastfeeding-friendly.

How soon can I book?
Appointments are usually available within two weeks. If you need an earlier appointment, contact me with your situation—I keep limited time aside for urgent cases.
What’s included in a 60-minute consult?
A virtual video session where we look at feeding and/or sleep (as relevant), then agree on clear, gentle steps to try. You’ll also leave with a simple framework to help you navigate future changes with confidence.
What’s not included?
This is educational support. It doesn’t replace care from your own GP or other healthcare provider. If red flags arise, I’ll recommend appropriate medical follow-up.
How should I prepare?
You’ll receive a short pre-visit form to gather key information before the appointment. Bring any questions, and feel free to have a partner/support person join.
Will you tell me to stop breastfeeding or use cry-it-out?
No. The approach is breastfeeding-friendly and no cry-it-out. We work with sleep biology and your baby’s cues to make gentle, doable changes.
Do you work internationally?
Currently available to New Zealand & Australia (virtual); others—email for options. Advice remains educational and within scope for your location; I’ll signpost when local, in-person assessment is needed.
Can we focus on breastfeeding only?
Absolutely. We can devote the session to feeding (latch, pain, supply, bottle refusal). For a deeper overview, see Breastfeeding consults.
What about reflux, allergies or possible pain?
We’ll discuss signs and red flags, support comfort strategies, and outline when to seek medical assessment. Sometimes symptoms are attributed to reflux when another factor is at play—we’ll explore this together and plan next steps.
Rescheduling, cancellations & refunds?
Please reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged the full fee. If something isn’t working as expected, contact us—your consumer rights remain.
Payment & currency
Prices are in NZD. You’ll receive a receipt/invoice by email.
